From Disappointment to Delight: Hungru Pizza Wins Hearts with Exceptional Customer Service
So today I am penning down an appreciation post for a fast food restaurant that recently opened where my parents stay. When I came for a weekly visit to my parents in March, two individuals visited me. One male and one female. They were pitching their new restaurant door to door for customers when they came across my apartment and gave me their brochure of the offerings and services. They had wide smiles on their faces and showed warmth while having a casual conversation with me.
Within a day, they contacted me on my number and sent their location and product offerings again. This hunger and fast-forward response really impressed me. So a month later, I ordered chicken pizza and chicken popcorn and was delivered with no spills.
Though 5-star on the delivery, the food was not great. The pizza crust was not fresh, and it had a sour taste. The chicken popcorn was weirdly shaped and did not taste like the daily chicken popcorn that I have from KFC and their copycats like Afc, QFC. If you live in Barasat, you would know.
They asked for the feedback, and I quickly sent over my disappointment. I was just checking if they argue back as ( all customers like it, only you are saying this ) or if they would gladly take the constructive criticism and provide me compensation.
Vola, they did the latter and sent the entire order again. Now everything tasted supreme. The pizza was nice and fresh, and chicken popcorn, they said that they don’t make the usual KFC style ( so 100 points on honesty ), and I really enjoyed my second order. To top it off, I ordered some beer as a beverage, and muah, it gave me a food orgasm.
At last, I want to say, "Hungru Pizza, keep up this brilliant care." Even if you grow in business, treat every customer as you treated me. Restaurants and customers come and go, but behaviour remains, and that's what makes businesses successful.
