Sushmita Sen’s ex-sister now plans to open a clothing line store when her acting career came to a stop

Did you know about Charu Asopa? No right? We had no idea who she was until we realized that she was the ex-sister of Sushmita Sen. She went viral on the internet when she was seen selling her clothing line on Instagram.

Sources from the Hindustan Times reveal that Charu Asopa has left Mumbai forever and plans to stay in Rajasthan for the rest of her life. She lives with her daughter Zianna while her ex-husband Rajeev Sen still lives in Mumbai.

Pink Villa confirmed that her reason for leaving Mumbai was the high cost of living. She was paying the rent of 1.5 lakh per month and not getting enough work to sustain this lifestyle.  In an interview she revealed “Moving to Rajasthan was a planned decision, before boarding the train to Rajasthan, I dropped a text to my ex-husband informing him about my plans “

When she went viral for selling clothes online she was judged by certain sections of users saying “flop actress” but Screen Saga believes it is an incredible show of being a self-made woman who takes care of everything like marketing her products, packaging, and delivery.

In another interview, she said “Well I was not getting much work, and daily soaps I was working on meant leaving my daughter alone for more than 12 hours, which did not sit well with me.  For now, I am planning to buy a house in Bikaner while Zara will be staying with my parents till I fully take belongings from my Mumbai home “
